Our Instructor

Kate is a highly skilled physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Central Queensland University, where she graduated with First Class Honours. She is trained in dry needling (western acupuncture), myofascial cupping, and exercise rehabilitation and holds accreditation as an ALA Accredited Lymphatic Practitioner.

While Kate is adept at treating various conditions, her clinical expertise is in managing chronic and nerve pain, osteoarthritis, lower limb musculoskeletal issues, post-surgical orthopaedic recovery, and complex neurological and paediatric cases. She is particularly experienced in working with clients with disabilities and co-morbidities, offering personalized care for each individual’s needs.

As the leader of individual and group Clinical Pilates sessions, Kate integrates her extensive physiotherapy knowledge into every class, ensuring clients receive the best support for their physical health and rehabilitation journey.
