Chloe is happy to assess and treat all conditions relating to diabetes as they present including:
- Type 2 diabetes
- Type 1 diabetes
- Pre-diabetes
- Diabetes technology such as Dexcom and Libre 2
- Group education through the "Pivot your Diabetes" Medicare group program

- Certified as Dexcom trainer
- Certified as Libre 2 trainer
Chloe is a Credentialed Diabetes Educator and takes pride in assisting her patients living with diabetes through client-centric care, empowering them to understand their diabetes and be able to live a happy and healthy life.
