Chloe Bauer
Chloe is happy to assess and treat all conditions as they present but has a special interest in the treatment of:
- Gastrointestinal disorders (such as but not limited to IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, gastrointestinal surgeries, women's health, functional bowel disorders such as diarrhea, constipation and bloating)
- Bariatric surgery (pre and post-op management)

Chloe's career as a dietitian has taken her all over Australia, from Sydney CBD, working with companies such as BUPA, to Darwin, where she spent a few years working at the Royal Darwin Hospital and Palmerston Rehabilitation Hospital, and Bundaberg, where she currently works at IWC. Over the seven years as a dietitian, her interest peaked in bariatric surgery and gastrointestinal disease.
Chloe has completed extensive training in these areas and gained a wide range of experience. She has worked alongside surgeons and specialists in both these areas. Her passion is to help people improve their quality of life by working with them to find the right eating pattern to help them manage their condition. Whether her patient is experiencing symptoms of IBS, coeliac disease and other gastrointestinal disorders, has undergone, or is about to undergo bariatric surgery, Chloe focuses on building a trusted relationship with her patient to help them achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Jessica Bauer

- Eating disorders and disordered eating and ARFID
- Paediatric nutrition (such as but not limited to fussy eating, ASD, poor growth, and disabilities)

Jessica has been working as a dietitian for nearly seven years and, in that time, has discovered her passion areas, including paediatric nutrition. She has extensive knowledge and skills in the area of nutrition for children and fussy eating, ADHD, autism, poor growth and weight management. She loves working with children and their families, exploring the world of food with them and supporting parents in feeding their child.
Jessica is also very passionate about working with people dealing with eating disorders. She is trained as a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and has extensive experience in this area. She understands how delicate this area is, and she works very closely with people who are living with an eating disorder and their families to support their recovery.
