Kate Bielenberg

Kate graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, receiving First Class Honours. She has specialist training in dry needling (western acupuncture), myofascial cupping and exercise rehabilitation. Kate is also an ALA Accredited Lymphatic Practitioner.

Kate is happy to assess and treat all conditions as they present but has a special interest in the treatment of:

  • Chronic pain, particularly of the neck and lower back
  • Nerve pain, including sciatica
  • Osteoarthritis and joint diseases
  • Lower limb musculoskeletal pathologies
  • Post-surgical orthopaedic conditions
  • Paediatric conditions, including developmental delay, autism and cerebral palsy
  • Neurological conditions, including brain and spinal cord injuries, stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Guillain-BarrĂ© Syndrome
  • Geriatric conditions, including balance re-training and falls prevention

Kate has extensive experience working with persons with disabilities and co-morbidities who have a complex presentation and require more individualised care. She is more than willing to provide her services to these client groups.

Kate also leads both individual and group Clinical Pilates classes.

Danielle graduated from CQU with First Class Honours, and since then has been working in private practice treating a broad variety of musculoskeletal conditions including general sports and rehabilitation clients, along with pelvic health clients. Danielle works very closely with referring General Practitioners and medical specialists in all her roles to provide thorough and collaborative care for her clients.

Danielle is passionate about helping her clients stay active throughout all stages of life and has a clinical interest in pelvic floor concerns across the lifespan. Danielle treats her patients with a holistic approach, incorporating education, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation.

Danielle has completed extensive post-graduate training to specialise in pelvic health physiotherapy, including:

  • Bladder and Bowel Dysfunction (e.g. incontinence)
  • Pelvic Organ Prolapse
  • Pre & Post-Natal Care (including pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions & mastitis)
  • Endometriosis
  • Chronic Pelvic Pain
